Compliance documentation, done right

Elemetric is a compliance documentation app for licensed Australian plumbers. The app turns a photographed job into a signed, dated, and cryptographically verifiable record — generated on site in minutes, without paperwork or a desk.

The product is built around three things: AI-assisted photo review against AS/NZS 3500.1 (water services) and AS/NZS 3500.4 (heated water services); SHA-256 hashing of every photo at capture, so each image can be re-verified for the full 7-year liability window; and signed Certificate of Compliance PDFs with embedded QR codes that anyone — customer, builder, regulator — can validate against the original record.

Elemetric is for sole-trader plumbers and small plumbing operators in Australia who do AS/NZS 3500 work and need to keep evidence of every job. It runs on iOS, syncs to the cloud, and works offline for capture so a poor reception job site doesn't stop the documentation.

Elemetric is not a CRM. It's not invoicing. It's not team management or job scheduling. Those problems are well-served by other tools. Compliance documentation, on the other hand, is still mostly paper forms, spreadsheets, and email threads that vanish when an audit lands two years later. Elemetric is the focused tool for that one job.

Built for the job site

Photo capture works offline. Hashing happens at capture, not later. The full job flow runs under two minutes from new-job to signed PDF.

Honest about what AI does

The AI is a documentation assistant — it suggests what it sees against AS/NZS 3500 clauses. The licensed plumber signs off and remains responsible for compliance. Every PDF says this clearly.

Australian plumbing standards, not generic

AS/NZS 3500.1, AS/NZS 3500.4, Victorian Plumbing Regulations 2018, VBA requirements — referenced in checklists and AI prompts. Not a generic compliance template repurposed for plumbing.
